And he'll continue to be good, because Rean being comfortable and happy is important and as much of a dickbag as Crow can be on certain subjects, this is not one of them. After all, Rean is... well. The center of his world, now, pretty much. The person he owes everything to, no matter what Rean thinks about the idea. So he's not going to make him unhappy over something as silly as the difference in their comfort levels with physical affection.

He is real fuckin thirsty though. He just keeps it to himself and his own private time. But he survives a few days of normalcy, and on Rean's next day off he survives the first "date". It is in fact a really cute date, eating out and walking around the shops and, after some time, stopping to sit in the park. They're there now, enjoying summer ice cream and the peaceful scenery of a town no longer under stress.]
