[He stops! For a moment. The knife is removed, and he looks down at Rean with cold eyes.]

[What's the alternative, torture? He hates this. Participate or be fucked over. He's pushing and breathless in his response, not defeated but resigned. He doesn't want this but getting tortured won't help any.]

Don't struggle. Ask for what feels good. Be eager. That's now, and in the future. If you're good, you'll have clients who make it pleasurable for you. If you fight, you'll get far worse than I just gave you. Do you understand?
