[Wow look at this big guy. He's really wondering if he could take him before he uses the stupid control device.]

[Come at him Rean just try it. He's sneering, and if Rean thought the last client had a malicious face, this one's worse by a mile.]

[Sure he'll obediently walk up to the guy.]

[He seems to be smugly accepting this! Reaching out to grab Rean's face even!]

[He tries to grab the guy's wrist and judo flip him, at least.]

[But this was anticipated! So actually he's suddenly adjusting stance, yanking Rean forward with that arm and trying to drive a knee into his gut.]

[He's a fighter, he definitely twists to minimize the damage he takes from that but he can't get out of it, hissing in pain as it winds him a little.]

[Good, nice. While Rean's recovering the man is keeping hold of his arm, and grabbing his throat with the other hand and squeezing.]

I don't need the implant to get what I want out of you, kid. I've taken bigger brats than you down a peg.

Good... For you...

[He's reaching up to try to pinch the nerves between the man's thumb and forefinger, if only to make him let go so Rean can breathe]

[He does let go! But instead he grabs Rean's wrist and starts to bend it back painfully. He's not going to stop til something cracks.]

Go ahead and keep it up. I'll keep coming back until you can't anymore.

[awakenerd]

[He yells as something cracks audibly, going kind of weak at the knees because did you know the wrist is a huge cluster of nerves that hurt a lot when damaged!

He still tries to headbutt the guy in the throat]

[He gets the chin, which hurts! And that's rude, so he's kicking Rean's legs out from under him, dropping him on the floor where he can kick him -- and just keep kicking him, with force.]

Keep struggling. It's cute.

[awakenerd]

[He curls over himself to protect his organs from the assault, trying to roll away at the first opportunity that isn't going to get his ribs kicked right into his lungs.]

[He does let him roll away eventually. He stands and watches, making a beckoning gesture.]

Come on. Get up.

[awakenerd]

[He does climb to his feet in a pained scramble, edging away from the man as he holds onto his ribs, trying to put some amount of distance between them.]

What makes this fun for you?

I just like watching you little worms squirm. Call it stress relief.

[He's not moving. Just watching Rean, continuing to beckon to him.]

Now come at me.

The only worm I see is you, asshole.

[He's not coming this time, backing towards the bathroom.]

[Ah, what a bad boy. The man shakes his head, bearing down on Rean with quick, sure steps. He can hide in the bathroom but it has no lock.]

You keep pushing it. I like that.

[awakenerd]

[Yeah he's bolting. Even if he can't lock himself in he can slam the door and brace himself to hold it shut as well as he can with a cracked wrist and cracked ribs. Desperation lends a bit of strength but it's an uphill battle he was losing before he started.]

[He stands outside the door and waits, patiently, for some time.]

Are you catching your breath? How long do you think you can hide?

[The psychological game is also fun.]

Just curious but do you pay by the hour or the injury? I really hope it's by the hour.

[He's freaking out in here, and it's hard to maintain full pressure on the door when there's nothing trying to force it, but he knows if he relaxes he might be caught off guard. This sucks a lot.]

Count your bones, kid. I'm going to see how many I can break before you pass out.

[He is in fact waiting for Rean to let up pressure. He can see the way the door is pressed, and the instant it lets up he'll kick it in all at once.]

Have you considered fishing as a hobby? Or like, extensive therapy? You seem like you belong at the very least in an asylum.

[He's weak and shaky from pain but it will still take a little while until he lets up pressure. And when he does it's because the strain on his ribs forces him to stop, nearly collapsing with the pain.]

[The door is kicked open in his face! And the man is grabbing Rean immediately by the hair, dragging him back out of the bathroom.]

Let's go somewhere comfortable.

[He's stunned by the door slamming into him so he can't fight too well with his ribs screaming. He fights anyway, clawing at the hand holding his hair as he's dragged, trying to stumble with it to minimize the damage.]
