[Rean sighs, but it's fond, and he's really happy. Because Crow seems to be having a genuinely good time, and Rean is definitely having a genuinely good time.

So he recaptures Crow's hand and smiles at him with that kind of "I'm super happy actually" expression.]

Next time, do you want to take a ride?

[He means on the orbal bike of course.]

[Come on Rean you've heard Angelica make that innuendo so many times you should know better?? Crow's not sure if he's clueless or deliberately teasing him at this point, but either way it's terrible and he's so, so in love.]

He's tugging on Crow's hand though, so they can walk together holding hands. He's so happy he's practically floating. It's just the way he looks super stoked just to be holding Crow's hand, it's probably flattering.]

[Yeah, you. He could say it but he's being good, letting himself be tugged along and trying not to be too red in the face. Rean's so... Rean. He looks so happy and Crow isn't sure how such a little thing can do that. Not that he isn't also on cloud nine it's just... it still feels too good to be true.]

[He pauses. He lets go of Rean's hand.

...He takes off sprinting without warning.]

[He's laughing and racing after!! He does not win this minigame.]

[Crow's out of breath by the time he reaches the door, but he still gets there first! Mainly because he cheated. But he has no shame in doing so, so when Rean catches up he's leaning on the doorframe and grinning like an idiot.]

[A heatless accusation as he staggers to the door and braces a hand on the doorframe, catching his breath.]

I never claimed to be an honest guy.

[He's a content one though, watching Rean's heavy breathing with a smug smile.]

You've gotta be faster on the draw to compete with me, Rean. You know that by now.

Considering you're always three steps ahead of me, I think I've had that drilled into me.

[He's happy, he's accepting his defeat with his usual good humor, and he'll do Crow's chores even if Crow meant it as a joke. He's just very Rean.]

[He is used to it but he likes it? When it's not so sad especially, being chased by Rean is fun.]

[He's not gonna deny it. He's no tsundere like some people they know. Instead he's going to open the front door and slip inside, giving Rean a delightfully self-satisfied smirk as he does.

He's going to lock him out. This is the Game now.]

Crow--

[He stares at the door after the distinct lock sound clicks and then just sighs.]

Somehow I should have seen that coming.

[Fine he'll walk around the house and try to figure out how to break in because this is Trista and I guess he didn't bring his keys because they left the house unlocked.]

[Good luck Rean. The doors have been locked and Crow is lazily lounging on the couch now, waiting to see how long it'll take Rean to either break in or complain.]

[He climbs up the side of the house with the help of the fence and windowsills, checking the upstairs windows.]

[Congratulations Rean, you can get in upstairs. Crow hears the noise of him trying, but he doesn't get up. It's up to Rean to chase him, after all.]

[He manages to get in on the second floor and trots down the stairs, finding Crow on the couch and debating, briefly, what to do about it before dropping down on the couch next to him and sliding sideways onto his back, so his head is propped on Crow's thigh like a pillow while he looks up at Crow.

His heart is pounding from the position but he tries to sound causual]

Caught you.

[Crow's blushing at the position too, but he's also just as mischievously pleased as he was before. Maybe moreso. Enough to lean down til they're nose-to-nose anyway.]

I guess I can quit running for now.

[He smiles up at Crow, softly but happy, and lifts a hand to trail his fingers in the ends of Crow's longer strands of hair. He can't keep the smug triumph u when Crow is so close and making his heart race.]

Yeah, I'm pretty comfortable. But it doesn't matter where or how you run, I'll always chase you.
